Vice President of Operations

Our perfect rock star Vice President of Operations will have multiple location operations management experience and focus on driving the operational strategy while achieving the company’s business excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, and coordinate the successful implementation of all key operational and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop and disseminate a system-wide standardization process that ensures flawless operational execution and consistency.
  • Analyze the industry competitively from a pricing and marketing standpoint. Develop growth strategies with company ownership.
  • Monitor, assess and evaluate performance through sales, operating cost, inventory, trend and other data analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with partners based on the core values of the company.
  • Promote brand satisfaction and confidence across all studio locations and among customers.
  • Successfully reinforces company core values and standards; holds partners accountable for brand standards, ensuring correct operational procedures are followed; works with partners on timely resolution of compliance issues and fosters a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee the conceptual design, implementation and maintenance of all training and development materials for studios, sales, customer service and operations teams.
  • Provide financial oversight of studios and manages annual budget.
  • Deliver annual topline and bottom-line financial goals.
  • Exercise discretion, discernment, tact and subtly in handling highly confidential information.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or other related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Possess extensive knowledge typically obtain with seven (7) years’ experience successfully managing and/or directing multi-unit, geographically disbursed store-based operations.
  • Experience in “top tier” company environments known for having a strong customer focus.
  • Must be a skilled mentor with the ability to positively influence others and quickly build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Strong background in training and development of managers and operators; ability to motivate and inspire team members is required.
  • A team player who desires working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, with a strong desire to work together with colleagues across company.
  • Precise and articulate written and oral communication; ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate individual and group presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with exceptionally high-performance standards.
  • Problem analysis and conflict resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively identify and respond to shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to travel, approximately 25% of the time.

Salary: $130k-$150k (Based on Experience) + Bonus Incentive Plan

Hours: M-F 8-5 CST (Flexible)

Travel: Up to 25%. Not expected to be monthly. (Includes studio locations visits, leadership meetings, vendor facilities visits, etc)
