Liz is the General Counsel of Acquisition.com, where she leads all legal and compliance functions across the firm. She brings nearly two decades of legal experience spanning both top-tier law firm practice and general counsel roles with high-growth technology companies.

Over the course of her career, Liz has advised on the full spectrum of legal, regulatory, and business matters. She began her practice litigating corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery at a leading law firm before moving in-house, where she built and scaled legal infrastructures for SaaS companies, designing frameworks for compliance, privacy, security, and risk management to support rapid growth. Her expertise extends across the entire corporate lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, debt financings, and complex litigation.

What distinguishes Liz is her ability to balance legal rigor with business practicality. She partners closely with executive leadership and operators to craft strategies that enable innovation while safeguarding the enterprise.
