SOURCES AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information generally means information that can be used to identify you or that can be easily linked to you (for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number and date of birth). We may collect personal information from the following groups of individuals: visitors to, and users of, our Website; our customers; and third-party vendors and business partners.
There are two types of information that we obtain from you online and then store and use: (i) information that’s collected automatically from each visitor, such as your device operating system; and (ii) personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. We have set out below the types of personal information we may collect, or have collected in the preceding twelve months, by the different sources of information listed below:
Voluntarily Submitted Information.
- Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and social media handle;
- Account credentials: username and password for logging into our website;
- Demographic information: month and day of birth and gender;
- Clothing information: body measurements, sizing, body type, shopping habits, and product preferences;
- Applicant Information: employment history, education history, other information provided in your CV, and other information required to process your application or employment;
- Financial information: credit card information and bank account information through our payment processing partners;
- Transactional Information: product details, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction;
- Multimedia content: images, videos, or voice recordings you upload, submit, or otherwise share with us; and

If you don’t want us to collect this type of personal information, please don’t provide it. Voluntarily providing information is strictly your choice. Not providing personal information may limit your ability to take full advantage of the Website, but it will not affect your ability to access certain information available to the general public on the Website.
Automatically Collected Information.
When you visit our online and mobile resources, we have certain service providers operating on our behalf, and third parties may collect information about your activity, or activity on devices associated with you, on our Websites and applications and third-party sites and applications using tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, application program interfaces, and Web beacons. The internet activity information collected through cookies and other similar means includes such things as: the domain name and IP address from which you accessed our Website; the type of browser and operating system you use; the date and time and length of your visit; the specific page visited, graphics viewed and any documents downloaded; the specific links to other sites you accessed from our Website; and the specific links from other sites you used to access our Website. Additionally, if you access our Website from a phone or other mobile device, the mobile services provider may transmit to us uniquely identifiable mobile device information which allows us to then collect mobile phone numbers and associate them with the mobile device identification information. Some mobile phone vendors also operate systems that pinpoint the physical location of devices and we may receive this information as well if location services are enabled on your device. If you do not want us to collect and use geolocation data, disable location services through your device settings. We, and certain third parties, may use this information to:
- Provide useful features to simplify your experience when you return to our sites and applications (for example, remembering your shipping information for future purchases);
