Robert is the Founder and CEO of ARC Multifamily Group and Axia Residential, ARC’s vertically integrated property management company. He brings more than two decades of experience investing in, operating, and scaling multifamily real estate platforms.
In addition to managing capital and structuring deals, Robert has personally managed over $120+ million of construction and over $600 million of value-add residential real estate projects since 2008. Since founding ARC, he has led the acquisition of over 3,500 apartment units in the Southeast United States.
Robert earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering (2002) at the University of Waterloo, and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance (2008) from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the UCI Paul Merage School of Business’ Center for Real Estate. Robert and his family reside in Newport Beach, California.
