Role
The Contract HubSpot Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our IT software systems. This role is the go-to person for all things HubSpot, optimizing internal processes and ensuring seamless integration with various tools and platforms. This person will strategically integrate HubSpot into all relevant business aspects by collaborating cross-functionally. The Contract HubSpot Specialist provided a consolidated scorecard/dashboard for reporting project progress to leadership, while also proactively managing low-priority/pending project work through a systematic backlog review process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for IT-related software, specializing in HubSpot.
- Maintain and optimize the internal systems and processes, including the creation and upkeep of dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Manage and update the HubSpot CRM to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms for seamless data flow and functionality.
- Ensure data quality within the CRM through continuous monitoring and maintenance.
- Provide HubSpot training and support to team members, fostering effective platform utilization.
- Design, develop, and implement systems and integrations to meet company requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement HubSpot solutions accordingly.
- Customize and extend HubSpot features through API integrations for specific project needs.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot websites, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Create and optimize HubSpot templates using HubL markup language for dynamic content.
- Stay updated on HubSpot updates, best practices, and capabilities to enhance platform utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot development issues, ensuring continuous system improvement.
Results
- Create service levels and a prioritization system for HubSpot work.
- Create a consolidated scorecard/dashboard to report on project progress to leadership.
- SLAs are being maintained.
- Capture low-priority/pending project work in a backlog to review with leadership.
- HubSpot is integrated in all aspects of the business where it makes sense.
- 3rd party integrations to HubSpot are being strategically leveraged and implemented into the business.
- Work across the company is less cumbersome and more productive, based on the work being completed in this role.
- Newsletters being sent are built using a responsive design template (device/OS/app agnostic).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within HubSpot CRM
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CMS, including the ability to design and develop responsive web pages.
- Proficiency in HubSpot API integrations and custom module development.
- Experience with HubL markup language for creating dynamic templates.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and customizing HubSpot workflows and automation processes.
- Proven experience creating reports and managing dashboards
- Ability to advise and implement best practices for continuous improvement
- HubSpot CMS Certification preferred
Salary:
- $75/hr
