ROLE:

As a Senior Designer at our esteemed company, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging graphics, with a primary focus on YouTube thumbnails and graphics for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. There will also be a focus on Acquisition.com centric content for both social and site. 

You will collaborate closely with our content creators, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our visual content is not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligns with our brand identity and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create YouTube optimized thumbnails that catch attention and drive clicks
• Create highly engaging and educational Alex Hormozi & Leila Hormozi content for Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and more
• Create highly engaging and educational Acquisition.com content for Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and more
• Create optimized graphics for website and email marketing
• Coordinate with various internal departments for design requests on occasion

RESULTS:

• Our YouTube thumbnails are created in house
• Our channel average CTR % increases by 1% in 2024
• We’re posting more still based, design focused content on our social channels for both Alex & Leila
• We’re able to provide internal design services for all the Acquisition.com departmental needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of design experience, developing and creating for digital / social strategies + campaigns, including website graphic elements
• Strong skill set in conceptualizing, brainstorming, illustration/design, and collaboration to create strategically focused campaigns
• The ability to understand, absorb, and execute on direction and constructive criticism
• A strong aptitude for time management, organization, and communication
• Strong skill set for storytelling and the ability to tailor your content/ideas through multiple brand voices on a variety of platforms
• The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
• A deep understanding of platform best practices as well as be willing to learn and execute the unique Mozi Media approach for each

LOCATION: 

• In, or open to relocating to, Las Vegas

SALARY:

• $75,000 - $90,000
