Human Resources Coordinator

You will play a key role in supporting the People department in day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as assisting in the implementation of HR policies and coordinating Training and Development (the core of our culture).

Responsibilities:

Employee onboarding, transition, and offboarding assistance

  • Process new hire paperwork and ensure all records are accurate and filled out
  • Assist with onboarding communication with new hires to ensure the new hire experience is positive and reflects our culture
  • Conduct new hire orientation 
  • Sending out new hire surveys to ensure expectations are met both for new hire and manager 
  • Assist with offboarding employees, processing paperwork, and conducting exit interviews as needed
  • New hire swag and ‘welcome’ boxes are sent out 
  • Employee and portfolio partners' birthdays, holidays, and anniversary gifts are accounted for and sent well ahead of time and on budget
  • Update and maintain org chart for the organization and share with leaders and people team as needed. 

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update accurate records in Paychex and Office Vibe
  • Update, prepare and communicate HR policies as needed
  • Assist with employee inquiries on benefits or policies
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and changes, serve as POC to field from CFO
  • Coordinate with Paychex on any issues that arise
  • Coordinate company holidays and ensure proper coverage at all times between managers
  • Maintain and update company HR Asana boards

Training, Development, and Performance

  • Maintain upkeep of company goals 
  • Maintain and train managers on performance management software
  • Facilitate engagement and 360 surveys on behalf of leadership team
  • Own communication and administration of annual performance reviews and training
  • Ensure presentations are uniform with the company theme/presentation style.
  • Ensure presentations are up to date with current organization information.
  • Schedule, communicate and ‘own’ coordination of the manager and leadership training cadence with a 6 month running schedule.
  • Conducting and communicating the Great Place to Work Survey 1x per year 

Results:

  • All records in Paychex are maintained and up to date
  • All employees experience a best-in-class white-glove onboarding process
  • All employee questions and issues regarding benefits are resolved swiftly 
  • All policies and policy changes are properly communicated to the greater team
  • Team is properly trained on Performance management tools and annual reviews are conducted on a regular schedule 
  • Leadership Training is held on a regular cadence with a 6 month running schedule for speakers/hosts
  • Generate reports as needed for leadership related and collaborate with others as needed. 
  • Engagement and 360 surveys are conducted on a monthly basis
  • All birthdays and anniversaries are properly celebrated
  • Employee full team meetup is supported from an administrative standpoint 
  • All surveys are sent on time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and relational skills
  • Enthused by the opportunity for upward growth and mentorship
  • Detail oriented and organized 
  • Collaborative and self-sufficent
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in G Suite 
  • Previous experience in entry level HR position preferred 
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively 
  • Experience with HR Systems like employee engagement, payrolling, etc.

Location

  • Currently in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV

Salary

  • $60,000 to $70,000
