As we enter into a strategic rebrand and grow our portfolio, Acquisition.com is looking for a Project Manager to manage all the logistics that go into creating content for Alex and Leila Hormozi. This is a critical hire for the company, as the person in this role will be accountable for the internal creative team process and content management. This position will require someone who understands how to navigate a startup environment, has a deep understanding of the current social landscape, passion for organization and task management, as well as build relationships and maintain consistency across multiple brands.

Role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Mozi Media team. This role is responsible for managing the process and timelines that go into creating all the content we’re producing. This includes managing a content calendar for two personal brands, managing the internal creative team processes and timelines, managing vendors, and supporting content initiatives.
This role reports to the Director of Brand. You work alongside channel managers, video creators, designers, copywriters, and podcast producers.
Juggling a million and one projects and helping keep your team organized and on track comes second nature to you. You live and breathe social media content. You understand the nuances of social media platforms and best practices because you experience them first-hand. You’re self-driven, obsessed with the details, in love with creating efficient systems, and you are always looking for ways to grow and push yourself.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content calendar for both Alex and Leila across all platforms
- Oversee task management in Asana
- Oversee media management
- Manage communication between vendors and in house team
- Assist in sourcing & interviewing talent (internal, vendor, and freelancers)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project / process documentation (budget, timeline, resources, etc.)
- Support content strategy for Acquisition.com
- Support reporting to track content performance against defined KPIs and implement learnings to optimize content.
- Get in the trenches and create content when applicable
Requirements
- Personal brand experience
- Deep understanding of the social media and digital landscape, content and media trends, paid media, and online consumer behavior.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in original and/or campaign video content strategy and execution.
- Proven multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in content development and production, paid media, and social media community management (agency or client side).
- Experience with social media and influencer publishing, listening, and tracking platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Tagger, or similar).
- Familiarity and interest in music, sports, gaming, and/or TV/film preferred, but not necessary.
Results
- Mozi Media team will have clear understanding of process and timelines
- All platform content will be scheduled minimum 21 days in advance
- Content will be spread out and posted in strategic way
- Volume will increase due to strategic planning / using the teams bandwidth more effectively
Location
- In, or open to relocating to, Las Vegas
Salary
- $85,000 - $95,000

Availability
- M-F 8am–5pm PST with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
