ROLE:
As the Sales Manager for Acquisition.com, you are a key stakeholder responsible for driving all revenue for the acquisition’s rapidly growing workshop division.
This isn't just about leading sales; it's about aiding us to achieve our mission to make real business education available to everyone. You'll drive all sales efforts and oversee and manage our fast-growing sales department while working directly with our $500M+ portfolio team.
Your responsibilities include scaling our sales team, building out processes and systems to support our growth, and driving our world-class sales culture through praise over punishment.
Ultimately, as our Sales Manager, you're shaping our company’s sales team, driving customer acquisition, and inspiring both our team and customers alike.
We are looking for someone who embodies our core values: competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character and has experience managing a B2B sales team with a short/translational sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the morning sales meeting consisting of motivating the team towards the larger vision, updating on important projects, and training on the sales process while demonstrating excellence.
- Create a game plan to motivate and improve individual performance for sales reps on a 1-1 basis through weekly 1-1s with sincere candor and competitive greatness.
- Oversee the day to day efforts of the sales team, taking full ownership to allow the Director of Sales to step out of daily activities.
- Collaborate across departments and with our portfolio team to build out innovative systems to help support the rapidly growing sales team.
- Own implementation of the systems with the sales team to create an excellent experience for our internal team & customers.
- Explore and provide solutions to any inefficiencies in the sales process to enhance the sales teams performance driving revenue growth.
- Own data reporting ensuring visibility to the portfolio team to assist with strategic decisions for Acqusiition.com
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to bring in top sales talent and help scale our quickly growing sales organization while holding our world-class culture.
- Assist with ongoing creation and development of SOPs that support our Customer Experience objectives
RESULTS:
- Onboarding process to quickly ramp up sales to KPI.
- All Business consultants are properly trained and follow the sales scripts and processes
- Monthly conversion rate of 53% of all calls on calendar is maintained
- Monthly sales goals are maintained and exceeded (Level 1-3 workshops are filled)
- Weekly game tape review sessions are conducted with BC feedback is provided based on results and follow up to ensure feedback is being implemented takes place
- The Business Consultant (BC)team feel supported and have a clear understanding of their daily roles and responsibilities
- Systems are in place and utilized properly scale all levels of workshops (Level 1-3)
- Director of Sales attention is not spent on BC team’s daily activities
- All BCs have a clear understanding of when a client should be escalated to customer service and do so in a timely and effective manner
- DoS and Leadership Team has full transparency into accurate, daily metrics and performance of the team
- Each BC is held accountable to individual action plans creating a culture of ongoing skill development
- All projects are addressed/managed in a timely manner with clear expectations and due dates
- Culture of excellence and competitive greatness is maintained
- A weekly report is sent to the Director of Sales weekly on Thursdays
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience managing B2B sales team
- Experience in B2B transactional sales with a short sales cycle
- Experience with B2B Sales (2+ years)
- Track record of sales ability
- Built out sales process and operations for a fast-growing company
- Exceptional sales coaching skills with the ability to influence behavior change
- Able and/or comfortable adapting quickly to changes quickly
- Excellent collaborator and communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Able to understand and analyze metrics
- Self-Directed
- Exceptional time management skills
- Able to work in Las Vegas headquarters (Monday-Saturday)
LOGISTICS
- In-person, or open to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
SALARY
- On-Target Earnings: $140,000 to $160,000.
