What attendees say after their L3 day
I don't have to reinvent the wheel. I can get in the room with someone who's done this a thousand times over. I'd describe it like getting a short course MBA in the matter of a weekend, specific to your business.
The first L3 experience significantly impacted the business. We're in a completely different spot today than we were about a year ago. This is the most value I've ever received in a single day.
I have a tendency to overcomplicate things, but it wasn't a laundry list of 200 things to do. It's here are four, do these, knock that big domino over first, then reevaluate.
It became really obvious that what Acquisition.com does is leverage experience across a lot of industries. They recognize the principles, they see the patterns. It was pretty obvious after the first couple hours that I should have done this years ago.
This is my second time. I'm very confident that what I was told today is going to take me to a new place, and I'll need to come back for a third. I did the first L3, and it's just almost stupid not to keep going.
We were at a point where we were stalled. Before coming here, I was burned out, I had no clue what I was doing or where I was going. And now I just have clear direction, which I think is all you really want as an entrepreneur.
I was so impressed by how much Alex knew about my business ahead of time. He'd put a lot of thought into creating real, thoughtful direction for us. I was ready to jump on a jet at lunchtime and hit the ground and get to work.
There are times when you feel that a business is right, but you just can't read the label when you're inside the jar. There's a difference between a great company and a great business, and being around Alex has helped us sharpen the edges.
He helped me understand the frameworks of business better than anyone I had ever met or followed, and to me that's world class. There's nothing that is lacking. It's exactly what I hoped it would be and expected it to be.
We've been consuming Alex's content since mid-2022, and the free stuff brought us so much value that we knew without a doubt that the paid experiences were going to be insanely good. No hesitation with the workshop, with L2, with L3.
L3 was specific so I could ask those specific questions and have them look at our business. I got very clear objectives for my next year. It's not just about topline revenue. Everything we hear in there is still about building strong businesses.
This is my second L3. The reason I wanted to continue is I took all the strategies Alex and the team gave me last year, implemented them, and did exceptionally well from a growth standpoint. For many years I felt like I was on my own island.
The doubt was just that coming in fresh with people that maybe don't know our business, that it would be impactful. And that was just totally wrong, honestly. It was very clear the whole team had a real vested interest in our success.
It just feels so good to have someone who has so much more experience than you actually tell you what to do with your business to get to the next level. If I did not come here, I probably would be suffering in years to come.
It's really amazing to have a clean blueprint of exactly what we need to focus on. Entrepreneurs like to complicate everything, but looking at Alex's strategy, it's the simpler the better. If it sounds complicated, it is.
There's a difference between doing something and being able to teach it, and that's one thing Hormozi and his team bring to the table that very few do. Not only are they walking the talk, but they can talk it in a way where people understand.
They've bridged that gap of it's okay, or given permission, to want to build a bigger business. It's changing my mindset, it's changing how the business operates. Not only do I get tactical, but it's the mental preparation to be a better leader.
There's something to be said about investing in education because nobody will take it away from you. Sitting with Alex, it's worth its weight in gold. Why spin your wheels for another six months waiting?
He really pointed at being able to figure out what the biggest constraint is. That's really anxiety relieving, because then I know I don't have to address 50 things at once. The most important thing I leave with is the confidence to go about doing it.
The biggest constraint was mostly me, to be honest. The best thing you can buy is clarity. Throughout the day the scope of what I thought I need to do just expanded dramatically, and then it collapsed back into here are the three things that are actually going to move the needle.
Very professional, a lot of information, especially in this day and age when most people overpromise and underdeliver. I feel more confident that I can grow the business, and that I can not only weather the industry I'm in right now, but actually grow it.
I've been watching Alex for years, and I value him as a person. He is truthful and authentic. I think authenticity is one of the biggest factors for me in choosing a brand or somebody I want to associate with.
He knows how to take a complex strategy and simplify it to where it seems achievable. Even after 10 years in business myself, you can still find yourself confused on which way to go. Going from lost, what's next, to clarity towards the vision.
Just having a clear roadmap helps a lot. I've kind of played small or conservative for years, and it's just time to let it rip. A little bit of a weight lifted off my shoulders, I could say.
It's very hard to get the insight that I got from Alex today, on my business. The constraints in a business really lug you down. You get loss of sleep over it, you're consistently stressing, and you don't know what you're not doing.

FAQs
No, this is our invite only program to work directly with Alex Hormozi on strategy for the business. It's the most in depth advisory agreement we offer. It starts with a full audit of the business, then a kickoff session with Alex where we deep dive into the business to determine the moves that will create the most enterprise value.
Before the workshop, our investment team reviews each attendee. We select based on revenue and industry, among other metrics provided. This process allows us to select companies that we believe we can help create outsized value and Alex is open to personally work with.
Not every business gets a letter. Our investment team selects a handful of companies per event we believe we can help the most. This number varies per event based on our selection process and who is in the room.
Based on your pre-work answers and our selection process, we believe you are at the right size to benefit from L3. That said, we have the screening call to make sure it's a fit on both sides.
If it is not the right move right now, we will tell you, and we will tell you what to do instead.
