My name is Derek Skubisz and I own a roofing company in Chicago. I have been to many events, groups, and coaches, but this one is different. It is dedicated to your business, and they give you exactly what they promise. They are amazing.

I operate a medspa in the Chicago area. Just being in a room with business owners doing 5x and 10x my revenue put things in perspective and showed me it really was possible to grow. The clarity was the biggest takeaway. Instead of running in circles, I know to train my team to a higher level and funnel more leads to them.

The best investment I have made in myself and my business (law firm). I learned more in these two days than I did during my entire MBA program. I signed up because I am a fan of Alex, but I left a fan of his entire team.

The Scaling Workshop gave me exactly what I needed: clarity, strategy, and execution. I run a $2M construction business and walked away with the playbook to scale beyond that level with confidence. The frameworks are simple, actionable, and built by people who have actually done it.

An epic two-day workshop with an outstanding team. Far more than just presentations. Plenty of opportunities for both one on one and group discussions, allowing you to get detailed, tailored insights specific to your business.

book-2

Right now, you might be selling a commodity.

When your offer looks like everyone else's, the only lever left is price.

So you discount to win. You compete in a race to the bottom. And growth gets harder the whole way down.

A Grand Slam Offer breaks you out of that. It's an offer so different, and so good, that comparing you to anyone else stops making sense.

That's when leads get cheaper, yeses come faster, and you can finally charge what it's worth.

Here's how the two days work

Not a lecture from a stage. You work in roundtables with the advisors who build and run offers across our portfolio, grouped by your revenue, on your own offer.

Over two days you rebuild your offer around the levers that decide whether people buy:

The outcome you sell (so you stop being a commodity and can charge more)

The proof and guarantees that make people believe it'll work for them

The speed to a result (faster is worth more)

The effort it takes them (less is worth more)

The enhancers that make it urgent: guarantees, scarcity, bonuses

FAQ

What actually happens during the 2 days?

It's not an event, it's a workshop. Zero motivational talks. Day one, we break down how we build offers across our portfolio. Day two, we get into roundtables, grouped by your revenue, and you work on your own offer with our advisors.

What do I walk away with?

Two days working on your offer with the advisors who run our portfolios. You leave with the frameworks and real direction on your own offer to take back and build.

Is this right for my business size/industry?

You need at least $250k in top-line revenue to attend, and it's best for owners doing $1M+. We pair you with businesses around your size so the room stays relevant. Industries we work with: home services, professional services, ecommerce, healthcare, local business, B2B/B2C services and software, and more.

How much are tickets?

$5,000 per seat, or $10,000 for two if you bring a partner or key employee. That keeps the room high quality and gives you access to advisors who run real businesses. If you haven't made at least $5k from our free content, don't come yet. If you have, chances are we can help more.

I want to fix my offer myself first.

Go for it. Six weeks from now you've either fixed it or you're stuck. Either way, coming out gets you to the next step faster.

I'm too busy right now.

Busy is the best time. If you can't improve the offer when it's busy, it won't stick. The first thing we do is cut the 90% that doesn't matter.
