The Problem: In 2016, I was the bottleneck in every business I owned. Gym Launch couldn't onboard a client without me. Prestige Labs couldn't launch a product without my approval. I was working 80+ hours a week and my businesses were worth a fraction of their potential.

The Realization: After burning out completely, I realized the problem wasn't that I needed to work harder - it was that my businesses needed to work without me.

The Solution: We systematically removed ourselves from every critical function:
