Frank started his career at Aerotek, a subsidiary of Allegis Group, the largest privately-held talent management firm in the world that generates $12B+ in revenue a year. He started his professional career with them as a recruiter. He hired people for contract positions for various industries ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

After his first year, he was promoted to Account Manager and selected to rebuild a previously failed division in his region, Healthcare. In his first year, he doubled his KPIs. He led a team of three recruiters and built a book of business from zero to over $1M a year. He was recognized as one of the best up-and-coming Account Managers, a top closer, and was asked to teach others best practices. Finally, his three years there he was in the NJ market and was proud to work in what they called the "Center of Excellence". He was in the best-performing company, best region, and the best office.

After three years with Aerotek, he joined Acquisition.com and leads our recruiting efforts for holdco and our portfolio. He finds more better talent faster for us by looking for perfect fits and creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

During his free time, Frank builds his brand around Frank “the Tank” and his purpose to serve people. He is currently focusing on providing candidates on LinkedIn free guidance on how to navigate their career, especially in the job market. In addition to that, he also loves watching/listening to podcasts, going on hikes and has a few other tricks up his sleeve (he’s a magician).
