Role:
As the Managing Director of Marketing for Acquisition.com, you are the key stakeholder responsible for shaping our brand marketing vision and driving customer acquisition.
This isn't just about leading marketing campaigns; it's about aiding us to achieve our mission to make real business education available to everyone. You'll spearhead our marketing strategy and oversee all activities that support that, while reporting to the CEO.
Your responsibilities include building out a Marketing Team of highly capable individuals, managing paid media across all social platforms, creating and overseeing email campaigns, optimizing our digital presence on our website and funnels, and ensuring a seamless and impressive customer journey.
Ultimately, as our Managing Director of Marketing, you're shaping our company and brand's future, driving customer acquisition, and inspiring both our team and customers alike.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CEO and Founder to document and align on Paid Marketing Strategy and what resources are needed to support all initiatives in regards to Portfolio, Workshops & Books.
- Oversee the development and scaling of paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on generating leads and increasing brand visibility across Portfolio, Workshops & Books
- Oversee the creation and accuracy of email campaigns targeting prospects and customers, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Attend and participate in our Acquisition.com Workshops - acting as an advisor to Workshop Attendees in an intimate setting, on a bimonthly basis.
- Manage the entire process of paid marketing, from filming ads to optimizing campaigns for optimal performance and ROI.
- Build and optimize the website & funnels to enhance user experience and drive conversions, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices ultimately decreasing CAC and surpassing ROAS expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring cohesive strategy between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to marketing initiatives, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Results:
- Creates and documents the Acquisition.com Marketing Strategy
- Assembles a team of highly capable employees and vendors to accomplish all marketing objectives
- Uphold our brand and values in all advertising, copy & strategies
- Generate enough leads to fill 4 Front End Level 1 Workshops per month
- CAC is under $500 for Portfolio Leads
- All paid media is constantly being improved, split tested, and ultimately gets better over time
- Website and funnels are all up to date, highly optimized, and properly aligned with our brand and expectations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in diverse marketing leadership roles, with a focus on digital marketing and media.
- Proven track record in running and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and can show results in revenue increase to support this.
- Experience in creating and optimizing highly converting email campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of website optimization techniques and funnel building to drive conversions and improve user experience.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics, strategic ad-buying, and budget management.
- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, direct response marketing, and leveraging marketing automation tools like HubSpot for data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with selling services, ecommerce, digital products and the ability to align marketing strategies with sales and company goals.
Salary:
- $350,000 to $450,000

Location:
- Ideally, relocate to Las Vegas full-time.
- A relocation package is offered.
- If not, comfortable flying into Vegas as needed for Workshops (2x per month)
- We will reimburse or pay for all travel expenses.
